We understand the importance of receiving your products on time, which is why we have established a standard processing period of 3 to 7 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
Please note that these times are estimates and are based on our usual operations. However, they may be affected by external factors and circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier delays, transport service incidents, adverse weather conditions, or regulatory changes affecting logistics and delivery times.
Although we make every effort to meet estimated deadlines, in exceptional cases, your order processing time could be extended up to one month. These situations are rare and are usually due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond our control. We are committed to keeping you informed at all times about the status of your order and to working to reduce any delays that may arise.

Is it guaranteed that I will receive my order?
Yes, it is 100% guaranteed that you will receive what you have ordered. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund.
How long do orders take to arrive?
Selamora is committed to processing orders within 24 to 72 business hours.
Once the order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 business days.
These deadlines reflect the period between the order leaving our warehouse and arriving at the delivery address. These are estimates based on our previous experience and reflect the usual time it takes for most orders to reach their destination.
It is important to note that, although we do everything possible to ensure fast and punctual deliveries, there are factors beyond our control that can affect shipping times. These include, among others, customs delays, disruptions in courier services due to adverse weather conditions, strikes, and other unforeseen events that may affect transportation routes and logistics.
Our priority is to minimize any delays. However, in exceptional cases, shipping times could be significantly extended, even exceeding one month. Although these situations are rare, they are part of the inherent complexity of international shipments and the external factors that can influence delivery.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.

Are orders shipped every day?
Packages are not processed or transported during weekends or local holidays.
Which courier company will deliver my order?
For shipments to Spain, the responsible courier company will be Correos España, although depending on the area, the shipment may be handled by another transport company.
For shipments to Mexico, the responsible courier company will be Estafeta, although depending on the area, the shipment may be handled by another transport company.
Please note that the company responsible for delivery is external to Selamora. However, Selamora assumes responsibility for the delivery of your order and guarantees that you will receive it correctly.
What can I do if my order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe?
If you have not received your order within a maximum of 40 business days, you should contact us as soon as possible.

Can problems arise with shipping times?
Yes. You should be aware that estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of Selamora and the transport company.
However, we 100% guarantee that you will receive your order. Otherwise, we will refund the amount paid.
These factors may include, among others: extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, during promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Given that customs processes are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of incidents, such as returns to origin or to the factory. What we do guarantee is that you will receive your product or, failing that, the corresponding solution. Shipping costs and government fees will not be refunded.
