IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; RETURNS INCUR A COST.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 30 days from the date of receipt. *

For a return to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must contain all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as received.
  • The product must show normal use; damage from misuse or negligence will not be accepted.
  • Products related to hygiene must be completely clean before initiating the return.
  • The product must show defects detected immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to:

  • Apply return fees.
  • Charge shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, it will be confirmed within that period.

* We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the product has been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must:

Including:

  • Order number (#1234)
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (in case of defect or breakage)
  • Customer's full name
  • Customer's address

We will contact you and provide the return address.

⚠️ Do not send the product to the sender's address.
We will provide you with the correct address once the return is requested.

👉 The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, provided they are a natural person acting for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.


CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product.

Because we work with an automated system:

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • After that period, it is not possible to cancel the shipment.

👉 If you request cancellation within the first 24 hours, a full refund will be issued.


How to exercise withdrawal

You must communicate your decision to cancel through a clear statement (e.g., by email).

The return will be effective once we receive the products.

👉 Return costs are borne by the customer.


Products that cannot be returned

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)
  • Hygiene or sanitary products
  • Customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software

Shipments in transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, so delivery times may be longer.

  • If the order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled.
  • You must wait to receive it and then request a return.

You can notify us of your intention to cancel beforehand by email.

👉 To expedite the process, please send us proof of return shipment.


Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel the contract:

  • We will refund all payments received, except shipping costs.
  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the product.
  • The same payment method used for the purchase will be used.

Return costs

👉 The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return.

👉 All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer's expense.
